Don't be fooled into thinking that weight loss is easy. No matter how many "easy methods" are marketed toward you believe me the only thing that will have lasting results are hard work and eliminating destructive habits that contribute to your weight gains.

Don't be fooled into believing that your can be transformed instantly like the babe or hunk you just saw in the latest infomercial, come on do you really believe you can have chiseled abs in only ten minutes a day, by using product x? If so ask if Sugar Plum fairies, Easter bunnies and Santa's little helpers are also included.

Don't be fooled into believing in magical berries, body transforming herbs or cellulite removing elixirs. Don't be fooled into believing that you are not beautiful enough just the way you are. Stop comparing yourself, simply be the best you possible. I don't care if you are 98 pound or 300+ love yourself respect yourself stop rejecting a very valuable person….yourself.

Don't be fooled into believing when you reach a certain weight your life will be perfect. Life will hurt at times no matter who you are. I am blessed to be able to go out and train hard every day. I get to do what I love mold, sculpt and shape the human body. I get to compete against myself and as much as I might complain I enjoy the process. I work hard for this body but it doesn't take much to put everything in perspective for me. I have had the misfortune of watching unhealthy loved ones barely cling to life as they suffer through years of physical pain and suffering. I have also known the shock of healthy, energetic, vivacious people being snatched from this life with hardly a moment's notice. Therefore life is a fragile and valuable gift and because all external beauty quickly fades away, my main investment will always be spiritual.

Don't be fooled into believing that just because you have failed a million times before that you will never get it right. If you have a dream, make a plan and then work to make it into a reality. but most importantly never be fooled into believing that you are not worthy, lovable, precious or valuable. If anyone has ever told you otherwise they were sadly misinformed. You are magnificently created, designed with purpose and intent, and you are beautiful.
