It is rather common that most women hope to possess eye-catching their breasts. They are opting for natural ways to enhance their god's gift. The following simple 15-minute exercises per day with a cloth, a ball, a basketball, a 0.5 kg-dumbbell, and a special crossbar, will make their dream come true.

 

 

Exercise 1: Lift up your body with a ball

 

Keep your whole body straight parallel with the floor

Keep your stomach and feet far from the floor
